Sheryl Underwood is discovering a brand new groove.

“This is my birthday body,” she stated. “As you all know, I’ve lost 95 pounds and I’ve made significant life changes. I did what I needed to do, and I just wanted to be able to put on a very stylish, but clingy dress to symbolize all the work that I put in.”

Making the moment extra sweet, Underwood decided to do something she says she’s never done in the history of the show.

“Now I’m about to do one thing that I’ve by no means completed on this present since I’ve been on The Talk, and I have not completed it in about 25 to 30 years. I’m about to cross my legs.” she said. “This is the way you all do it!”

Adds Underwood, “You acquired to do the approach to life change, it is not only one factor. It’s all the things that … can change your life.”

Opening up even additional in an interview with People, Underwood defined that strategy of losing a few pounds was “actually laborious,” but it was all worth it.

“I knew I used to be gaining weight. I might see it, and I knew that one thing was occurring with my well being,” she told the publication. “And for the years that I’ve been right here, you’ll be able to return by way of all the footage, you’ve got by no means seen me cross my legs.”
