Ingredients
- 1 pound floor turkey breast
- 1/2 head of cabbage, sliced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 stalks of celery, chopped
- 3 carrots, chopped
- 1 pink bell pepper
- 2 tablespoons minced garlic
- 2 cups tomato sauce
- 28 ounces canned diced tomato, unsalted, drained
- 2 teaspoons low sodium Worcestershire
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon powdered ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon celery salt
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
Directions
- Spray massive skillet with cooking spray. Add onions and meat. Cook over medium warmth till meat is browned. Set apart.
- In similar skillet, mix all different substances. Cover and let prepare dinner over medium for 10 minutes.
- Add the meat and onion to the skillet. Cover and prepare dinner till cabbage is wilted. Serve heat.
