  • 1 pound floor turkey breast
  • 1/2 head of cabbage, sliced
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 stalks of celery, chopped
  • 3 carrots, chopped
  • 1 pink bell pepper
  • 2 tablespoons minced garlic
  • 2 cups tomato sauce
  • 28 ounces canned diced tomato, unsalted, drained
  • 2 teaspoons low sodium Worcestershire
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon powdered ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon celery salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt


  1. Spray massive skillet with cooking spray. Add onions and meat. Cook over medium warmth till meat is browned. Set apart.
  2. In similar skillet, mix all different substances. Cover and let prepare dinner over medium for 10 minutes.
  3. Add the meat and onion to the skillet. Cover and prepare dinner till cabbage is wilted. Serve heat.
