In the absence of clear federal guidelines on how employers can incentivize medical insurance applications, a lawsuit from Yale University workers places a highlight on measures that penalize some employees.

Like many massive employers, Yale University gave its clerical, meals service and upkeep employees a selection: Get a routine well being examine or pay a $25 weekly charge.
